Assalammualaikum dear readers~~hAizz its been a sad thing that i have to leave my blog now and then since the attachment started~~but anyway cant help it~~really bz with werk...parameters~~admissions~~showers and sponging~~~dulcolax and enema~~bedpans~~diapers~~aRgHh!!!haizzz nevertheless~~hmmz takpelah~~sekurang2nya lotsa skills have been seen and observed~~did some of the unlearn skills toO!! hehe off plug~~hypocount~~spO2~~wound dressing(i loike!!)...but then..cant avoid the aches...kaki ku lemah gileee~~cakit kaki~~cakit pinggang!! uwaaAaAaaAaAaA!!!

Well~~still im oNLy a human being~~manusia takleh lari dari kesilapan~~we cant learn w/o mistakes~~hMmz as usual~~something unexpected always do happens in every ward~~ i was bringing a patient back from toilet and shifting her from commode to the bed... with her weight thrice as big as me...hahaha wonder how will i manage alone!! anyway actually i can if shes willing to help~~but too bad~~nO determination from her at all!!!biaselah org singapore nie...manja to the core!! expects the nurses to do all the job for them~~~well anyway the commode tumble and STILL for God sake she doesnt wanna stand up~~so guess wat?~~she slides down and reach the ground~~!!!heLL yeah im dead by then~~lotsa things runs in my mind~~~her safety...the penalty~~but hey!!!i did hold her tightly ok!!! at least she didnt fall with impact~!~! did the xray thingy and everything...i was damn lucky theres nothing wrong with her back~~~ *phEwWw* hehkekhe!!! came back that day with full of guilt and worries~~~ :(

sOo anything else?~~hmMzZz did read some of the patients' casefile~~~lotsa stories had been kept by me~~actually we cant spit out any of the patient's confidentiality~~ ehEmzzZ!!aaaanyway heard a case presentation this afternoon done by my ite colleques~~its about a 48yr old lady having this CA breast which actually spread to her ribs and now having CA of the bones~~aWwWwWw it really hurts to even hear abt it~~~her husband told us that he cant bare to see his wife in that critical stage and willingly to let her go~~haizzz trust me...the burden..the feelings~~hanye Tuhan jeklah yg boleh membacenye~~~jauhkanlah penyakit2 camni dari kehidupan kite~~~
Knowing her detailed case really changed our mood thAt day!!!from happy to a depressing state~~hehehe sedih sgt2!!!! try to put urself in their shoes...then u will feel the pain and sufferings they've been thru'~~hAiZzz semoga Tuhan melindungi mereka~~

HMmz enough of that~~~anyway was doing my parameter this afternoOn when i heard a patient shouting for help...surprisingly in the same cubical~~~was shocked to see one of her relative actually collapse and trying to find something to hold on to~~ Luckily i was there!!!!rush and grab her..took her pulse and B/P~~~as expected its kinda low~~~ask her few questions and sent her to the medical centre~~hmmzz like i said...unexpected things dOOo happens!!
