hmMzZz cant believe i managed to open my eyes kinda earLy today~~i remember setting my aLarm clock at 10am...yet woke up at 8am?~!haha~!~clean maself up and had a cup of miLo~~still have a few hours before entering the "heLL ceLL" in ward 5B~~!gosh i hate it!!!
Yesterday was my first medical posting~~currently attached to ward 5B~~new staffs..new environment...new patients~~well compared to my previous surgical posting was quite a heavenly environment~~Whereas in 5B...cant hope much with a C class environment~~even the ward system is stricter now~~hmmz the staff??~! haizz havent really click with them much~~the new environment really made me like a foOL yest~~!~LoOk like an idiot nurse hanging around the ward not knowing wat to do~~know why??~well we starts our shift at 8am instead of 7am~~~so missed taking the morning report for the patients diagnosis~~i tried to read their casefile but was all used up by the doctors~!~haizz well i'll sure record all their diagnosis by today!! thats one of the way to get maself closer to my patients huh~!~hMmZz also hope that i could communicate more with the staff compared to yesterday~!~first day of medical posting was totally a horrible experience~~arGhHh!! reaLLy hate 5B!!!!!
